A limited Edition Newark IPA.

As part of a series, this is our historic Newark IPA brewed for the first time with a yeast actually form the town.  Safeguarded since 1958, this yeast has been retrieved and brough back to life by our friends at NCYC.  It helps to give the beer a distinctive malty body with fruit suggestions of lychees, banana and even hist of sweet, fresh hay.
